What rank are you after exaxtly? It goes up when you make meaningful post outside of the forum fun jokes and spam, however it means nothing if you constantly post pointless topics/topic replies (as in my case). The Premium rank requires you to pay for it, it allows faster downloads, that's it. If you want pink army you can set it in the options, if you want that just reply and I'll locate the steps...
You need to post outside the Games and Jokes section, but no spamming. They used to show postcount that can tell if your rank is about to change.
That can take a while, if I remember correctly that take 1000 of your "right" post. Post in Gaming Lounge, Game Help, or Technical Help can increase it. No Spamming and bumping old topics (still follow the rules)
Posting at the forum games isn't going to work good. Like Galih said post in many boards and your rank will go up. But pro gamer is a rank with 4 stars so you need to wait a while!
I thought that Seth can put whatever writing he wants underneath your name.I notice that Im classed as some sort of gamer-and I dont even play Games.
I did a test on another forum. There was somebody with a problem and two people posted the EXACT same solution! Now the difference was the first poster posted had a low rank and the other a higher rank. Guess what the person with the low rank his solution wasn't trused and the person with the high rank was trused. But that was off topic!
that was a different forum. Here, rank is meaningless except for special ranks (administrator, moderator, global mod).
For me rank doesnt mean a thing-superiority wise.I know a guy on another forum who has made a few thousand posts-hes ranked as some sort of computer expert-and he wrecks any computer he touches.If no-one believes me,look up a guy called Weaver on the Computeractive's mag website.
