why it's so dificult to download

i download psx iso suikoden II, but it's so slooow.. average speed i got just 5kbps sometimes i got no speed ( 0 kbps ) for a moment, i'm using IDM. but while downloading it, i try to surf from my browser and it seems that nothing's wrong with my speed.. the browser work as it should without lag etc.. do u have any idea? ( sorry for my bad english, i'm just a boy -__- ) thx

 

Sounds like your internet connection.

Go to the following page and tell me how long it takes to load the vid.

Once the buffering bar is full tell me.

If it takes longer than my time, then you got slower net than me.

Won't help, if all he's getting is 5kbs something is actually wrong with his connection with the internet.

Im on mobile broadband and its slow but im getting over 200kbs now downloading a ps1 game.
It must be you connection, 5kbs is what I used to get 10 years ago on dial up.

well usually i got aproximately 50kbps and i aware that because of bad ISP i subscribed.. thats okay, but this 5kbps makes me insane, it 10 times slower.
and i cant redownload more than 24 hours, can i? (cried)

Do you have some other download going, torrent or windows update or something else using the connection?
Im on xbox live now and mines dropped to 50kb/s

nope, there's no background app that uses connection, just the IDM. do virus do these kind osf thing? coz i cant open my task manager although i have fully scan my comp ( i use avg internet security 9.0 ) and have checked my registry with winASO + RegGenius

the worst part is as you said, the point's effect after 24 while i cant download it yet ..

 

Im not sure im not good with computers, loonylion will be here at some point and help you.
Try using freedownload manager, its what im using see if that helps.
