Why isn't Pokemon Emerald working?

    I've dowloaded Pokemon Emerald (U) rom from this site, and i've extracted the rom from the .rar file. But when I open it up in Visual Boy Advance the screen just goes white and does nothing. Can somebody please help me to get this rom running or tell me where i can find one that works?

    Also read the rules as telling you where to get a "working" one is against them, and even asking for a source is reason enough for a warning.
