Why Doesnt my r4 multimedia slot work anymore!?

    My r4 is a real r4 and its been workin fine for the past 2 years but now the multimedia doesnt work anymore, all that comes up when i touch the multimedia symbol is the loading sign for a second and then both the screens turn white. Can sum body pleaz help me i want to wathc a movie on my ds but they only work when you go in moonshell.

    reinstall your firmware.
