    Just an random topic.

I think: No questions are stupid. But some of them are just very simple to answer.

Indeed, some questions are simple & can easily be answered by others who have faced & answered them before, what's annoying are questions that are asked in a stupid way that people who can answer can't.

There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

    I've heard that before, I don't agree.

I define a stupid question with an example: Whats this topics name?? like comon or they can be more complex like

why is there a number on the roms??. Like does it matter, and if it does couldn't you take a guess and say, so you know if there new or old

It requires a stupid person to make the question stupid though, and no one with half a brain would ask that sort of question in the first place unless they were doing it to spam the place.

The second question is actually somewhat valid since not too many people seem to know the meaning around most of the things in the names of the ROM files including the numbers, so I wouldn't consider it stupid, although I might be somewhat irritated that they didn't take a few minutes to look it up themselves. That's just my opinion of course, but yeah.

Another stupid question (basing this on a forum point of view) is one that has been asked before & has already been answered. Like for example when the ROM file of FF4 (the English version) became available. Immediately after, several questions were posted, their titles varied but all had the same question, how to run it properly. Although all of them were valid, the stupidity comes from the fact that each one was asking the same thing.

Not as many questions when FFCC came out, whew! I don't mind that much when I answer multiple same question topics though.
