why do i get this?

    when i try to upgrade my r4i, it doesnt say a start option.

    i managed to find a forum that shows this problem

    it is the 2nd post bottom right corner

    any reason to why this happens and how i can fix it?

    let me put it in another question:

    do you need any other files besides the firmware to upgrade your r4i?
    im trying to upgrade from 1.4.1 -> 1.4.4
