Why can I not download using Free Download Manager?

Chrome doesnt have resume support.

I am downloading at 150kb/s and I get network errors sometimes for a second or so but it breaks my downloads.

Can anyone explain how to use Free Download Manager with this Romulation

 

all you need to do is click the download link of the game and FDM will capture the link and begin the normal download and it can even resume broken downloads if this doesnt works just copy the download link and click add download and paste it into the space provided or right click the link and use "Download with FDM" .

I tried this but I get a Index.html file instead

I don't have that option and usually when I download it will use FDM automatically, but not on RomU, it uses Chrome.

 

Make sure your software is up-to-date.

 

yep make sure its up to date ,try downloading the latest version from here-http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm

but even then the basic version has this feature.

I am having a similar issue when using Free Download Manager- When I copy and paste the link into FDM and start downloading, it tries to download index.html. I am entering my username and pasword in the FDM prompt. I am on the most recent version, 3.9.4 Build 1472.
