WHY 150kb/s

    I'm in Europe and I need the speed of downloads that you have offered me for the last few months to get good games

    is this because of a server upgrade or is it permanent

    if you want faster speeds then buy premium, we have to pay our server/bandwidth bills somehow.

    The speeds for free members and guests change according to how much load the server is under.

    ok but i pay too much on xbox360 games (£40 equal to $80 even more for guitar hero) to get premium

    i will stay as free member for a while thanks for reply
