I've got some issue going on with realhotstuff.com. The thing is, I ordered a cyclods a couple weeks ago, then a few days passed by, and it said that they were putting my order on hold because the billing address I put on the order form, didn't match my credit cards billing address. So, I got the billing address on my credit card changed to match the one on the order form, and I e-mailed them about it. The whole week just passed by, and I've gotten no reply yet, and the order still says on-hold. Basically, my question is this, does the site have good customer support? Because, they haven't replied once yet.

It's worth noticing that there has been a lot of holidays lately, so your support request might still be in the queue.
they don't necessarily mention national holidays because they expect everyone to know about them as all businesses in the country will be closed.
