Who Here Actually Seeds A Torrent>?

I have just finished downloading a dam big livecd!! only to straight after download quickly right click it and delete it to stop it seeding and delete it from utorrents repositiray so i was wondering how many users actually continue to seed there torrent after download? cause from my understanding it is also easier for police,internet police people like these to track u and put u away were as in just downloading has a lower risk .is this true? so um yer who continues to seed a torrent upon succesful download?

 

I seed at 50-75kb/s when I'm not doing anything much, and 25k/s when I'm playing TF2

 

I don't seed because it retards my internet.

I seed at a gaming torrent site i go to, mainly cause i like to have a decent ratio.

If you want to avoid the law, avoid public trackers+movies.

Yes it does. In Team Fortress 2, my latency can go from 250ms to 400ms. That's why i reduce the uploading rate.

do you have to be registered to be able to get caughht?

so movies from sites you have to sign up to get are more than likely trackable (eg.torrentday?)

 

I think he means websites where you DON'T have to register (Pirategay) are more likely trackable, unlike websites which require Registration via invitation (Demonoid)
