hiya all, im a total noob to all of this and have no idea what all the technical terms mean! i have downloaded sims 3, youda farmer, jigpix (i think its called) onto both a R4 and a R4i v1.4 and i cant get them to work.... they either come up with a white screen (top&bottom) or error code =-4 how can i fix this please? (ps... i have no idea what im going so please keep it simple )
[size=8pt]The white screens you're getting is the Anti-Piracy code that the developers put in the games to make them unplayable on flashcarts. However, there's fixes for that. If that R4 you have is the original R4DS Revolution, then please download Wood R4 1.16 (http://filetrip.net/f22634-Wood-R4-1-16.html) and install that on your SD card, and those three games you mentioned should work perfectly fine!
do you just drag and drop once its been extracted, like a game? if so it still dont work Post Merge: [time]1289823340[/time] just found instructions. thanks a million it works ;D **runs off to play sims3**
