just picked up an M3 but everytime i try to start up certain DS games (i.e. Ouendon 2, Legend of zelda, Puzzle Quest) all i get is a white screen. I've tried updating to the newest version. any suggestions?

Yeah, I've been getting the same problem. Anyone got any ideas?

As I hear from most NDS users, R4 always seems to be the flashcart of choice due to higher compatibility rates. It most probably was a compatibility issue within the hardware. Then again, I'm not too familiar with the intricacies of an M3.

Someone will be here to help you out though - just hang in there.

M3 is almost the same as an R4 anyway. Usually a white screen is because you don't have the latest firmware, so I'd make sure you really do have the latest.

I also get the white screen of death on some games that I just downloaded. I have an r4ds and I just upgraded the firmware. Is it the rom I am downloading or is it my memory stick? Please help.

it is unlikely to be the rom. It may be that the game you downloaded is not supported yet. Check the compatabiliity list in the stickied topic

The link that I supplied and Loonylion speaks of also lists compatibility problems of certain MicroSD cards. Some games don't work with certain MircoSD cards (mainly Castlevania and a couple sports games, though). You should definitely check that part of the page out, as well.

Make sure you have a good SD card, and make sure you put in the right settings for the copying. (www.m3wiki.com).
