I know R4 is by no means the best card out there, but for reasons which do not need to be said, I am only able to get an R4. I want to play Pokemon Black/White, so which one should I get that would work. Let me know of the name of the card, what the box/card look like, and what site the box has on it If it's a clone and it works, please let me know too. thanks!
Yup. As long as you don't mind being limited to 2GB micro SD cards, the original is the bes R4 to get. The one they sell at ShopTemp is guaranteed to be original. The reason you should get the original, is the only the original will run the new firmware (called Wood R4).
I would say original or r4-III upgrade yes the second one is a clone but its the best clone out there and it supports up to 32gb micro sd card. the clone can run moonshell, hombrews, games, wood r4, ysmenu.
For the best ROM compatibility, get an original R4. Wood R4 is what's keeping it alive. Pokemon Black & White works on it too The only downside is that you can only use SD cards up to 2GB.
