so, it would need to be fast enough to run all the games, have 16 gb of memory, and be magic gate enabled. I need to be able to make it a magic memory stick.
what a good one with a good price? I want to be able to run final fantasy crisis core on it.
I was looking at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820171414
but, is there one that is cheaper?

    That should work perfectly...

    $1.04 cheaper.
    your welcome

Make sure it's an official memory stick, they have slower reading speeds and may not last that long...

One way to check, place into psp and check if it has the magic gate protection, if unknown or none then it's fake.

well it does say magic gate on the front.

It might be a lie, just because it says it on the stick doesn't mean it does.

You have to try it to find out, nearly got scammed by an ebay seller with 100% rep, well I brought that down to 99.9% after that...

Response-I told you-I could buy your card for $2 at the local markets!

Check the magic gate protection via the psp, if the psp doesn't see it then send it back.

But be willing to spend some cash for the real ones...$100 AUD just for an 8gb, sure it's lasting me alot longer and read speeds are excellent but...the cash.

Theres the option of buying a micro-sd and the micro=> pro duo adaptor, works out a helluva lot cheaper. You only need a 256mb card for mms anyway-ive a few sitting around the house as theyre useless to me....

Those micro sd adapter's are actually quite slow in read speed, I used a dual slot one until i got sick of waiting forever in load times.

Anything with fake or no magic gate is just slow/may not last.

Still, the SD adapters aren't bad if you can put up with read speeds.
