Using GIMP, Paint.net and the amazing, handy dandy.. Microsoft Paint! I find GIMP to be really good at some stuff and Paint.NET to be better at other stuff and MS Paint of course is the best of everything..

I use paint.NET. I tried Photoshop CS3, but it was just too hard to use. Maybe after I practice and play around with it a little, I'll get the hang of it.

Did you install the .NET framework? I use CS3 most of the time, but used to always use Paint.NET. So I sometimes get the shortcuts mixed up between the two.

I say add Flash MX! Flash is a great program to draw with, along with a ton of other features.

I sometimes use Vue 5 Infinite, I've also used werkkzeug1 at times, and I frequently use paint and GIMP. I also occasionally use corelDRAW/painter and photoshop 7

CS3 is very hard to use. It took me a whole friggin' day to make just one sig. Now, I am able to use only the basics of Photoshop. I still got a long way to go.

They already have CS4? I remember just two years ago or so they had CS3 and I knew no one that had or used it. :|

I'm still using Photoshop 7, I see little reason to upgrade yet. I don't know, I haven't looked into the newer versions.
