So I was thinking back to some of my old favorite games form back in the day (I'm old btw)
And I was thinking that there are a few that could so easily work well if made/updated for the DS.
Therefore, what games would you like to see?

For me (and please excuse the RPG bias!) it would be:

    Soul Blazer

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soul_Blazer

    Terranigma

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terranigma

Wild Arms (yeah it a Sony game, no chance, but...)

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wild_Arms

Secret Of Mana (yeah I know you can get it on Wii download and even on your phone in Japan but....)

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secret_of_Mana

And one relatively up to date one!

    Tales Of Symphonia

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tales_of_Symphonia

These are all games I wasted hours on, and I really wish I'd kept Soul Blazer and my SNES!

Any thoughts on those and your additions appreciated.

there is no way in hell the DS would be able to run tales of symphonia. Or wild arms, for that matter.

I'd like to see more N64 games be remade, in particular; Starfox 64, Smash Bros and Paper Mario.

All of the old Fire Emblem games, preferably 4, 5 and 6 (In English this time) and even 7 and 8 with the updated graphics

Terranigma might be a good idea. It's a great game but the mode-7 overworld map gave me headache, although i'm used to it in other games.

Good shout. I never did get to play that, it was impossible to find in the UK, and imports cost way too much back then.

Symphonia is a big stretch I know, but Wild Arms? The first was a PS1 Game (I still have it) and I didn't think the DS was any less powerful than that, maybe I am wrong though.

It would be cool if they had Paper Mario and Smash Bros on DS.
A final fantasy 7 remake would be cool.

I would say Golden sun but the third one is coming out soon, can't wait.
But i'll say Shining soul 2 for the GBA was a really good rpg, im hoping they make a new one for DS.

I would like to see Aladdin from the SNES i have to say i really loved that one. And also Tales Of Phantasia on the SNES as you might see i´m a huge fan of the 16 bit and 8 bit. I could call up a list of 100 games that would be awesome to see on the DS but that are the two i played most on the DS no offence about Zelda A Link To The Past. I just don´t want to control that game with the stylus it would be felt so wrong. If they just keep using the D-Pad in most games i´m happy. Not really a big fan of stylus games except for.

    Stylus games that are awesome.

Little Red Riding Hood Zombie Barbeque.

    Wario Ware Touched.

The people that are saying they should remake N64 games.
Super Mario 64 was one of the easiest to port.
Something like OoT or Starfox would have to be completely re-made and the graphics would be crap to maintain the appearance of the game
