Which Emulator is the best for Pokemon SoulSilver? And is there anything else?

    Which Emulator is the best for Pokemon SoulSilver? And is there anything else that i would need to make it run as best as it could?

    I've already tried running it on the NO$GBA Emulator and after i create my profile, it just freezes. Is there a fix to that?

    No$GBA.
