Which art program do you use?

There's many art programs out there, some free, some not, so which do you use?
I use Paint.net, I can't use Gimp for some reason...

Another question, do alot of you pirate Photoshop?

lol cj, you dont use GIMP but I DO! lol I like GIMP because its simple to me.. lol

 

I can't use Gimp because it won't work on my computer, I mess around with the files and settings too much

iv'e only started to use gimp recently......(if you ask me it does the same job as ps)

 

I use a combination of Gimp, Photoshop, Illustrator and MSPaint.

 

Does anyone not pirate photoshop? I know I did.

 

With the prices of photoshop, its hard not to pirate it =/

 

I've been pirating Photoshop since I was 10 years old. I've also given it to numerous people over AIM and in person on like, a flash drive. Even got my dad into it, he makes his own band posters to hang in clubs and stuff. xD But yeah, everyone can find a use for Photoshop, but it's too expensive for the average person to be able to afford when it's so easy to find and download.

That being said, I use Photoshop 7.0, CS, and MS Paint. Also have experience in Paint Shop Pro 7 and ImageReady 3.0. Never got into things like GIMP, Coral Painter, etc.

Oh yeah I also use MS Paint to add "finishing touches" to my GIMP graphics

 

I might pirate Photoshop then...

It's not, it is SEVERELY lacking, i'm like man Borders suck, oh I didn't know I had this completely useless feature that totally : substitutes useful features that I don't have...

 

I use GIMP and only GIMP. I guess that's why I've progressed at it.

I just need a good tutorial for GIMP and it's techniques.

 

I use paint.net only but I haven't really progressed, saying that Paint.net sucks balls
