sorry for the bother but I'm confused when I downloaded jurassic park: warpath there are several files in the archive... I don't know where to put the files...

    Jurassic_Park_Warpath.ccd
    Jurassic_Park_Warpath.cue
    Jurassic_Park_Warpath.img
    Jurassic_Park_Warpath.sub

can anyone please kindly tell me what file I have to place in which folder in ePSXe...? thanks... ^_^

Put them all in the same folder then in ePSXe go to RunISO and pick one of them. The game should load if their all in the same folder or you might not have the correct graphics plugins.

  3. thanks...! ^_^ I'll try it out...

    EDIT:
I tried to play it but it says no WGL extensions... does it have something to do with the plug-ins...? thanks in advance...!

ePSXe has very bad support for image formats, so either burn it to a CD or mount it in a virtual drive such as alcohol 52% or daemon tools and then run from CD.

  5. thanks... I'll try that... so I just burn the four files to a cd then run it just like an ordinary PSX cd... okay... hope this now works...

    EDIT:
tried it, but it still says no WGL extension thing...

you mustnt burn them as you do a data CD, you must burn the .cue as an image (make sure the other files are in the same folder.

  7. yeah... the .cue is shown as an image file... so I just put them all in a folder then burn them in a CD...?

no, you download imgburn (google it) and tell it to create a disc from an image, then you point it to the .cue file

  9. thanks for the advices, guys... I downloaded the imageburner but I'll try burning it the other day since I already used my last blank cd... I hope I've been not much of a bother... ^_^

  10. sorry for the double-post, but I am now able to play my emulator... thanks to another tutorial about the specific plug-ins and it's config... and play it without the need of burning anything... but I have another question... why is the sound continuing even tho my emulator is already closed...?

and when I configure the plug-in P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9 and test it it doesn't seem to be working because no message box about the plug-in working properly appears...

and whenever I try to configure Xeven's Cdr Driver, it say initialization error and there is no drive in the drop-down box, tho I have installed certain drivers according to the emulator's requirements... why is this so...?

thanks for anyone who can answer me... ^_^

I'm assuming you hit the red "X" in the upper corner of the window to close it.

If you close ePSXe this way, it does not close properly, and you will still hear the game running. What you have to do is press ESC. This pauses the emulation and brings you back to the ePSXe GUI. From here you can close the program normally and it will completely close correctly.

  12. oh, thanks... ^_^ I did hit the close button... LOL...

also, how do I enable the background music and some voices...? whenever I test the sound plug-in, it doesn't work... can anyone tell me how to fix it...?

  13. okay... everything is now perfect and running... but it won't let me load my saved games... it says no data found, tho I already saved it... how can I save a game...? I made some progress in Dino crisis and have to start all over again... T.T

sorry for the double post again... is there a bump-topic button here...?

there's a modify post button on the right hand side of your posts.

have you configured the memory card plugins and do the memory card files exist?

  15. yes, there is, and I saved the game succesfully in them, but when I open ePSXe again and open the memory card, it says no data found...

is there a plug-in for an alternate memory card...?
