where to place mario and luigi file witht the second loader

ok i all ready looked at the mario and luigi sticky page and i get most of it, but the one thing i am not getting is where to place the file. i mean where do i place the file so the the second loader picks it up and i am able to pick and play the game

 

Anywhere you want. Where ever you normally put your games.
