Where might I be able to find a save file editor? anyone know?

please help me and many others to edit their save files on roms and get past areas in the game that are too challenging and no other walk through or cheat can allow them to do, and help them find the solution as to being one step closer to escaping that area and beating the game.

 

Depends what game. Some games have editors, most do not.
