where does romulation get their roms?

i know i might sound weird but where does romulation get their roms? does a team of people send it to them or do they dump the games themselves?

Really though, Seph won't even tell us where he gets them. I'm guessing it's wherever they do the pre-scene crap.

 

Tell me then, Loony, WHERE DO YOU GET THE DAMN THING!



And don't say something like "why do you even need to know, it's free, isn't it?" or like that.

 

Possible theroys: (note: these are theroys and it might be where Romulationm gets the roms)
You know that there are particular names on the ROMs (e.g. Xeno..something, etc.) So they have to get the roms somewhere but they don;t get it right away. Obviously, someone is buy the cart, download the game and upload it. No duh, but I also think that they wait for someone to upload it in file-sharing sites. Either that or they have an inside source (from game developers) therefore they can copy it and save it onto a USB drive (everybody does that these days) and then upload it onot the Internet. That's pretty much what I can think of on the spot! Still, who cares???

My guess.

The admins (or just Seph) know the big scene game dumpers (those who somehow get early access to the games) and work like that.


Then again I thought I saw a large explanation where something about FTP servers are mentioned...which looses me every time
