Where do you install a patch? (r4)

Do you install it in the _System_ folder? I'm a bit new to the whole r4 thing :-\
Also, where might I find VisualBoyAdvance? (a link would be nice)
I'm sorry if these are already covered in another topic, but I looked at the Stickies and not found anything.

Worked for me. Make sure you make a seperate folder

 

You have to patch the rom on your PC and then put the patched rom on your SD.
As for VBA, I just googled it and this was the first link. http://vba.ngemu.com/
It's really not that hard to find.

 

ok, so I have the cracked game, but no idea how to use the spirit tracks patch, do I just double click it? :-\

 

Are you sure you mean you have the cracked rom? If you do then that means it's already fixed and shouldn't need patching to fix the anti-piracy.
