For example: Orcs and Elves USA has foreign language on the menus, but the Euro version has English menus. Maye the regions are switched? Also Mario Kart USA has foreign language so I assume it is not USA, it appears to have the same language as the Euro version.
The US region also takes places like Mexico and Canada into account, so its understandable if the games would have French and Spanish as alternate languages. There's also Places in Europe which are predominately English speaking, so it makes sense to have English text in the (E) versions as well as the other languages that exist over there.
Predominately English speaking? There's places in Europe where people only speak English, not to mention that's where English originated. But yeah, people often make the mistake that U region releases are English only and gets confused when it's either Spanish or French. (Pro tip: Change your firmware language)
Well Canada and Mexico are not actually in the US, however they are part of North America. Funny how these things work. Sorry I am a bit of a newbie, but on the pro-tip about changing the language of my firmware, does that mean the roms contain multiple languages and based on the language in the firmware, it will use the correct language? I assume you are talking about the Kart firmware? Thanks in advance
