where can i get the latest fram where for r4 shdc

    ok i dont know where to get the lats fraim wheere for my r4 sdhc dose any one know any good site that have the frame where i need

    It's firmware, not Fram Where.

    You can either go to www.linfoxdomain.com/ds to download it, or go to the official site for the R4 SDHC card, which is on the box or card or paperwork that came with it. Since there are so many different R4 SDHC sites, you have to go to the right one.
