Where are they?

    I see people use it everywhere. But where are they? Teh Speakers.

    I mean ,I dont know the exact word. You type something ,It says it. Can someone give me one?

    text to speech? theres a crappy one built into windows XP (called microsoft narrator, find it in start -> programs -> accessories -> accessibility)

    Dragon naturally speaking (dictation software) comes with one, alternatively you're looking at specialist software for blind people. (they are called screen readers in that case; the most common one is called jaws)
