I read on the BUY POINTS page that points are generally immediately credited to the account but so far, after I made my "donation" nothing has shown up on my account. Will I have to wait a day or more for it? I was under the impression it would appear immediately once the payment went through. The payment went through and like I said, nada. Thanks!
it's immediate from the point that paypal informs us of the payment going through, so any delay is at paypal's end of the system. You might want to make sure the transaction didn't go through as an e-check; if it did they have a 3 day clearing time.
Thank you for contacting us. The problem is on our end this time. The transfer has been registered and our script executed fine. But apparently you have no settings entry in our database, so when the script tried to add the points it couldn't. I'll add an entry and fix it up for you so you should be able to download everything in a minute.
