when was your last vacation?

mine was from Ferbruary 24-march 1st 2010

 

Last year.

 

I don't remember. Me and my hubby are in the midst of planning one, but we don't know when, we have an idea where to go (some Mexican resort thing where we go to the ocean and all that stuff), but it's still in the planning stages.

Staying here is boring, need something interesting.

but in 2 weeks im going to france and belgium to see all the 1st world war cemetarys/trenches/museums etc. Not what most would call a vacation but to me theres nothing better

 

Mine was in August. I went to China and had a lot of fun! I almost got run over, I puked, had diareha,ate a ton of food and played games. What else...

I haven't been aboard since I don't like planes or heights.
But I'm hoping to go to either NYC or Japan on my 18th birthday.

5 days in Helsinki around NYE! Went to see a couple of friends and make up for a snow-less Xmas in France...

Formal vacation? You knows, a year ago or so.

An informal vacation that lasts an hour or around there? A few hours ago.

Last one I had was- 20th July-1st August, 2001. No kidding.

 

Are we talking a real vacation, or just a day off of work? Because I haven't been on a real vacation for a long time. I sometime when I was a kid, back in 1996 or something. I went to Houston and stayed with my Aunt for a coupe months during the summer.

I have had a couple days off of work, we get a week off between Christmas and New Years every year. We get four day weekends around Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, etc. And I usually take a day off here or there. Next week I get Friday off (Good Friday), and I'm taking a vacation day for Thursday.

I have 15 vacation days left to use before June 1st. I have to use 10 of them, because I can only roll over 5 days to the following year.
