What's Wrong With My Action Replay DSi?

Before I post this is a Non-Emulation Technical Help thread. I DO NOT care if you don't like cheat codes, I am posting this topic for help and help only. Please do not post if you're only going to lecture me.

Anyway, I just picked up my reserve of Pokemon White Version, and I NEVER play a Pokemon game without 990 of each Pokeball. I placed my game card into my Action Replay DSi, I placed the ARDSi into my DSi system. I powered on the system and was able to load the program.

However when I tried starting the game after activating the code the system froze up. I tried starting the game with codes three more times and it didn't work. So, I loaded the ARDSi program and deactivated the code and the system still froze.

Does anyone know how I can get the game to load? (I'm only testing this code so that I can determine how the new Bag works before I actually play the game). And does anyone know how to get the system to stop freezing up? It usually never does this and I do NOT want to spend another hour putting in this 200 something line code.

Sounds like the new game doesn't like the AR at all and perhaps something new with the game? I dunno.

Well that's a theory I have myself. Which really pisses me off, but at least they can't sue me or arrest me for using cheat codes. All I want is 990 of each Pokeball so I don't have to waste money on Pokeballs and spend it on more important things like Full Heals and Max Potions.

I used Pokemon HeartGold and Kingdom Hearts: ReCoded on my AR DSi and the games loaded just fine (though my DSi screen did flicker slightly). Is it possible that there is or can be a Master Code to override any potential programming? I tried tricking Nintendo into telling me but all they did was tell me to exchange my game card and make sure that "my DSi didn't need repairs"

Did you have to type in the code into your AR? I'm not really sure how one operates to be honest with you.
If that's the case, did you type it in right?

I do have to type the code into my AR. The official Action Replay Site does not have codes yet, and the ones I have in my possession came from our "friends" at GBA Temp. It's possible I could've typed in the code wrong because it was wrong but I did double check every line before typing the next one so I wouldn't be able to catch any code errors.

However the Action Replay did freeze up and refuse to load my game when I deactivated the code.

That's weird. Perhaps if you wait for the codes to come out on the AR website, that may work.
The codes from GBATemp work on flashcarts, so I don't know why it wouldn't on the actual device.

75% of all codes I use on actual game carts come from GBA Temp's database and I've never had this problem before. My guess is either a bug in software rendering the game unplayable if codes are attempted to be used (which I think could get Nintendo in legal trouble) or GBA Temp finally made their codes un-useable on regular game cards.

Or the code isn't perfect and causes stability issues with the game. That happens with user made codes and is pretty common.

And no, Nintendo wouldn't get in trouble if they somehow coded the game to be unplayable if you cheated. First you'd have to prove it, and then you'd actually have to fight them for it (and good luck with that one).

I would've had proof if they had given me a straight a straight answer when I said tried to get them to reveal if they did that or not.

The US Game's ID shares the same game ID as the European game's ID. And the "user created codes" were made by Codejunkies themselves. The US/Euro Codes in GBA Temp's database match the "official" codes provided Codejunkies in the U.K. I've never had a problem with codes provided by Codejunkies directly before so I guess they finally screwed up in their own coding :(

Time to add another game box to the wall of "Games I Never Should've Wasted My Money On"
