What's the Most annoying mission you ever had to finish in any game?

For me it was that one mission in final fantasy tactics A2 where you had one of your units protect a bunch of moogles as they fight bandits in goug. Now this mission should have been relatively easy had that tinker not POISONED ALL ALLIES AND HASTE ALL THE ENEMIES!!! I failed that mission so many times because of him that I just had to use my eureka crystal and grimiore stone. Yeah... it sucks.

Also carrying around Otacon's sister using Raiden in metal gear solid 2: son's of liberty was also pretty frustrating.

In FFT A2, any battle with Illua Counts. She could also take away your judge unless you aquire a special card on this one quest that keeps that from happening.

Im not a real hypcrit gamer, but damn kh 358/2 days, i was never able to kill all the heartless (enemies XD)

 

Armored Core 4-A. There is a mission where you gotta destroy this huge Kojima sattelite thing while fighting off enemies and 2 other armored cores. DAMN IT IS HARD.

MGS4 on Big Boss Extreme, when I have to follow Naomi's tracks. Flippin' enemies could see me from probably 300 yards away and I couldn't see a damned thing.

Or BioShock on Crushing, trying to kill that crazy scientist. GOD ITS HARD!

 

The act of completing Twilight Princess as a Zelda fan and hating every single second of that shoddy, dismal game was a frustrating mission that i hope not to have to repeat with the new Zelda game rumoured for later this year on Wii

Mission 81 (Day 353) Have to kill 6 bosses (7 for optional objection.) Pain on proud mode.

 

WoW: blackwing lair and MC, WoW BC: Kael and illidan, WoW WotLK: ICC from 2nd wing to LK

 

The last day on TWEWY - so goddarn hard - three battles, no save.
The Five Kings mission on FFTA2 - even at a lvl 80 range it's no use. Mega magic spam, no chance to retaliate effectively or use a blockade tactic
