Do they have any more power or something?

Moderators have powers just in Specific forum sections. Global moderators have Moderator powers for the whole Forums, and powers that Moderators don't have dealing with forum management.

Probably more than any one else considering he's the only one with physical access to the server. :)
He is our trusty host and server guy.

Does that mean he's more powerful than you?????????

Well, if he's the only one with physical access to the servers, he could theoretically shut down the entire site in a way that makes Seph unable to fix it.

I guess God is the correct way to put it. Having that much power of such a large site, it makes me shiver (not really just theoretically)

Well, someone has to upkeep the servers, they don't take (complete) care of themselves. There is always someone with physical access to them.
Of course, when dealing with something like that, you have professionals. Like I said, that is a "theoretical" event. Nearly zero chance of actually happening.

At work, I could theoretically shut down enough machines to cripple any GM, Honda, Toyota, etc vehicle production line (Would only take one, in most cases). Doesn't mean I will, or that I would have a job the following day if I did.

Felt they needed to be added. :)
