went i go on some website like youtube or gbatemp or open a new tab it take me to other website. how do i fix it.
malware is BAD. you don't want it. Unless you're asking what is the best antimalware program? in that case, malwarebytes antimalware.
Crap what you have is the worst kind of malware attack anyone can ever get (due to carelessness). But fret not, there is hope, seeing as you are able to & have downloaded malwarebytes. As some of these things will even disable access to malwarebytes & other anti-virus websites.
Things that would eat up RAM Things that would change registry settings, disabling stuff like your Task Manager. Replacing your Screensaver with one showing the B.S.O.D. making you think your system crashed. The list goes on... Damn Malware makers
I received the BSOD while i tried deleting the malware. I also had this kind of problem, BUT it wasn't Malware Bytes fault. It was some stupid Anti-Virus program.
Malwarebytes IS NOT malware it detects & does its best to remove malware from your computer/s. Fakeware most likely.
there is a lot of nasty malware that pretends to be an antivirus or antimalware program. their usual tactic is to 'scan' your computer and claim you're infected, then tell you that you must pay to remove the 'infection', upon paying it either does nothing or causes even more damage. These are in my opinion the worst kind of malware, because they are absolute hell to remove without reformatting.
I'm afraid the easiest way of getting rid of those things is to completely wipe your hard disk and reinstall.
Only as a last resort, but if there is any hope at all places like bleepingcomputer.com might be a first step you can try to recover your system. I know referral links should be avoided, but this place is a good site to refer for extreme malware infestation cases: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ Just register on there, post a "Please help me fix this" thread in the appropriate sub forum & wait until one of their tech guys guide you through the disinfection
I've spent hours trying to remove fake AVs from computers and in the end had to resort to formatting anyway.
Indeed, the most painful thing you could do to fix a severe virus &/or malware infestation is a full system reformat. It's painful as it could take up to several hours especially if you need to re-upload hundreds of gigs of data back into your cleaned system
