Games like C&C,Age Of Empires etc etc Turtle-Use super comlicated defense structures and beyond belief amounts of walls, with extreme numbers of units filling up your base to annihilate enemies in a nano second. But never go to them. SteamRoller-Build up a Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Huge Army to march forth headon, and crush all who stand in your way. Guerilla-Make planned out sneaky attack to outwit your opponent. Rusher-Build unit, send to battle,Build unit, send to battle,Build unit, send to battle,so forth so forth,no tactics, defense, just keep makin em and sending em till you have no resorces Balance-A little of everything above
I often build up a huge army (Rise of Nations) and then sort them categorically, then open with cavalry and artillery, then bring in the infantry. Mid-battle i prefer to bring in air or naval support. But i only use this tactic for agressive players. One time when i was playing Age of Empires 2 with a few other players, I was matched up against two allies, all knights and camels. What did i do? I did a three-pronged attack, all camels, and i won. lolz
I'm mostly a Turtle, but I switch to Steam-Roller after a ways into the battle, I suppose I'm a little of the other two as well though... So I guess I'm a balanced player
Depends on the game. I am usually a defence whore. Build up an awesome defence, whilst having a sub-base elsewhere building up a strike force, when they think they've broken in my base and are ready for the kill, I zerg their base, which is usually undefended. Never failed me yet.
Rusher being the fastest route, not one at time though, that's suicide. Turtle not often, solely for experimental purposes. Not keen dragging things out in these types of game.
A trickle of troops always runs out in the end. The best way is to simply station huge armies at your borders and the advance slowly, rush if necessary. Don't forget to keep creating troops!
I Hero Rush on Warcraft alot i kill there workers while rushing to make an army. it work good when your using human, and orc...
First Turtle, then when I unlock level 5 research,SteamRoller. That's what I do in Impossible Creatures
First Turtle, then Guerilla when I get bored with defending and don't have much resources, so I try to do some damage with weaker/less many units. And I'm not really good at real time strategies, but turn based are other story~ I'd pwn ya at HoMM III.
Stamroller, with a little Rush and Turtle. In other words.... build to the max, then go to attack while leave some for defense.
In games, I would choose to be either a steamroller or turtle, depending on my mood. But if we were talking about real life, I would go for guerrilla tactics ♥
guerrilla turtle for me If you would do war with me,my defences would be extremely strong while keeping you on your toes by my cunning tactics, like stealth, long range fire and suprise attacks I excel at 2on2 battles
