What type of cd to use to burn dreamcast game

I have a sega dreamcast and have downloaded some games. I have tried to burn them on to a cd and it did not work. Which type of cd do I need to use to get those to play on my dreamcast. :-\

 

What do you mean it did not work? Is the image you are trying to burn too large for a CD?

 

dont know much about DC...
but the logic says that....
if your console can read copy games....then it'll probably work...
some DC rom have some boot problem.....

 

I tried burning a Dreamcast game once, but I could never get it to work, even when I followed a tutorial that was specifically for my Dreamcast model number.

I think it may just be my Dreamcast. It's so old and worn now, it struggles to read real Dreamcast discs as it is.

 

The DC is originally capable of reading copied games if I'm not mistaken.
