Before PS3 fans jump here, no i dont want a PS3, the whole scene for it isnt sufficiently advanced, the CFW are still behind and by a good number, so NO. I am considering buying either mostly to play RPG's the 360 has tales of vesperia, but it's also avaible on PS3 so i doesnt has much of a pull, the PS2 i have several games i am intrested the .hack games the atelier series, the arc the lad, DMC etc, so first any one has a complete RPG list for both games? and please omit for the 360 ports.
yeah if Ps3 was fully pirated i wouldnt pay attention to the 360 since i am intrested nameley on tales of vesperia, plus PS2 have a few tales of games that i am intrested, arc the lad, atelier, grandia,etc.
I do not own a xbox but i had a lot of fun playing my ps2 (prob. played about 30 RPG's) and with FFX you can easily burn 140+ hours. I think for RPG its one of the best consoles out there atm (except SNES maybe). But it depends how much you can be content with the Graphics on the PS2. (I could not bring myself to play SMTigital Devil Saga 2, because i could not stand the graphics anymore, perhaps i will try it sometime when I am in retro-mode). .hack and Grandia are great. In Atelier, i could not go past the first 6 hours of grinding.
If you have a strongish PC you can emulate PS2 games, all RPG's run full speed on my quadcore 2.2, it's only games like Call of duty that require a really good PC to run fast., so maybe you can emulate PS2 and buy a 360, have the best of both?
i've been suggested that but i dislike emulating Play station, nameley epsxe left me a trauma with that
yeah KH and the persona and SMT and the raidou titles are all within my scope of intrest, overall KH final mix versions since iirc those were translated.
