what so special about caviar?

i mean they are just fish eggs, i offen eat fried fish egg sack. so what make caviar so special and expensive?

icckk i hate caviar, i won't spend anything for that... fish egg. i don't know what's so special about it too, and it's quite expensive. i'd rather have anchovies
