what region

    once agian new to this.From what region do i download these ds games is it the US or EUROPE or where not to sure or not to sure if it matters, Thanks again inadvance

    The DS is not region locked. You can play U, E, and J games on it without a problem, other than understanding the language :)

    U is the North American release. Almost always is in English, (very rarely you might get a French Canadian dump or something similar due to them being North American as well).
    E is Europe. Usually English, as well as a few other languages not included in the U version (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)
    J is Japanese. Almost always Japanese, a select handful of games may have English as a selectable languages, but don't count on it.

    if you are referring to servers, it doesnt matter. In theory you would get better speeds from the one closest to you, but it doesnt always work that way.
