    Linkin Park - Meteora.
Sadly, their lowest-selling studio album, although I cannot understand why.
Hybrid Theory and Minutes To Midnight (both by Linkin Park) tie in at second.

    Korn-follow the leader...

When I heard the title song-freak on a leash-it brought me outta the kiddy crap I listened too, and broadend my range of music, but of course I stuck to heavy metal as my prefferance :)

By kiddy crap, I meant those sing alongs (I was really young whenn I heard it, can't remember my age though) and Abba-now I can't listen to pop any more lol!

Unlike all the other music, this (and fear factory-but not considered until just 2 years ago) is the only band of which I bought all of thier albums-everything else is ethier burnt downloaded or borrowed and ripped...

That is my respect for the band that helped me actually have a prefferance!

Hmm, that's a hard one. Most likely a toss up (that's not a rude phrase) between
    Fairport Convention's albums:
    Leige and Leif
    Full House

    and The Incredible String Band's:
5000 Spirits or the Layers of the Onion
    The Hangman's beautiful Daughter
Wee Tam and The Big Huge

That's how indecisive I am. Five of my favourite albums.

EDIT: I forgot Beirut's "The Flying Club Cup" and "Gulag Orkestar". I love those two as well.

I could never get into Gods & Monsters.

I can never really place a finger on an absolute favorite so here are some albums I've been respecting most relentlessly for the last week or so:

    Deerhunter - Cryptograms
    Kashiwa Daisuke - 5 Dec.
    Radiohead - Kid A
    I, Cactus - I, Cactus
Serena Joy - Ours Will Be a Lonely Battle
    Monoceros - Imaginary EP
Miles Davis - Birth of the Cool
Stay Ali - Vati Vati EP
E.S. Posthumus - Unearthed (thanks Kent)
    Proem - Socially Inept

Edit: By the way, Revolver is the best Beatles album. :)
Re-Edit: Actually, Love is the most enjoyable but it's more just a mix/remaster thing, I wouldn't consider it to be a core album.

In Flames' album Clayman must be the greatest heavy metal of all time, as well as the most underrated.
