What is the fastest picture sharing website?

    OK heres the deal,

    I want to send 280mb of pictures to my pal in china and because of technical reasons, he cant download them from a website called 'filemail.com'. Also this file emailer takes hours to upload and i want to know a website which shares multiple pictures fast AND they are availible via e-mail. Thanks.

    Ive tried to rar them but the file only becomes 25 MB less! Is there any sort of deep compression method or program that i can use?

    probably not, images are generally compressed pretty well to start with.

    280MB is smaller than 1GB...
