What is the difference between the two servers?

    I have noticed that the European server tends to download much quicker, but what is the overall difference between the two.

    Also... why DOES the European server go faster?

    Depending on where you are, some are faster than other's, by the sounds of it your closer to the euro server.


    If your in america the american would be faster.


    Sadly being an aussie, I get the same speed on both :(

    It depends on your route to the server, not just the distance.

    Also depends on the time of day. For instance if you download at 6 PM then a lot of other Americans are downloading as well. But it'll only be around noon in Europe so most people there aren't downloading.

    the 2 servers work the same for me. at high speed and with continuous support in case of failure.
