What is the best pokemon mod hack?

I want to get the best mod hack for pokemon but google isnt helping so can someone give me some ideas.

Yes. To play it though you need the a clean rom of Pokemon Fire Red (you can find it here), download the Shiny Gold .IPS file (from http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=74447 ) & patch the clean rom using LIPS or some other patching program. I think the hack is discontinued though.
