what is the best n64 emulator?

emulator zone lists project64 as the best, but it is from 2005. no one has made a better one in 4 yearS?

 

Project 64 is still the best, next would be 1964.

 

yea p64 is runnin good, u can find versions made this year that have good game compat on thepiratebay.

 

P64 is too good...don't bother try another emulators..

I am pretty sure there was an update on Project 64 recently. But it has been the best for years. Works pretty much flawlessly.

project 64 is da best it never lags and never and never crashes on any roms

 

Project64 has the most game compatibility compared to say 1964 but several games that Project64 may have problems with 1964 can probably run smoother.

 

only thing i don't like bout Project 64 is the logo. one of the best emulators out there. but some games like fighting destiny menus were backwards. but fighting destiny isn't very good anyway. all the good games are playable. which is what matters.

Should be in "non-emulation help" thread.


I apoligise for mini-modding-it's (sadly) the way I do things-I even boss my bosses at work.



Anyway-PJ64 is the best there is-but it isn't perfect-lucus art made games (star wars, etc) seem to have trouble working right-shadows of the empire seems to flicker a bit TOO much.


If work is continued then prehaps it can be perfected.


But I trust this over anything else.
