what is a sticky ?

    A sticky is a topic that is always at the top of a section, it can be locked or un-locked.


    Here, they are in blue.


    Here is an example stickied topic.

    Always up top, when you post into a topic that isn't stikied it goes up top...but not above sticked topics.
