Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am not very familiar with homebrews & I downloaded moonshell and when I put it on my acekard it shows all these codes like how encrypted messages look like on tv, but the original menu I had was simple, but did not allow me to watch movies on it so I need a homebrew that allows me to watch movies if anyone can put a link for some reliable, good homebrews. :p

Moonshell will let you watch movies. But they have to be in a specific format, DPG to be exact. AVI, WMV, MPEG, etc, those won't work. If you try to open them with Moonshell you'll likely just see a bunch of text, the "encrypted message" you saw.

You can use this program to convert them to DPG

If you'd like to play mainstream formats natively, you'd need to get a device called iPlayer.
