What is a 1m sub circuit board

    So i am currently trying to run a rom and I keep getting a 1m sub circuit board not installed message and i have no idea what that even is... any help? ???

    I am pretty sure it is an extra piece of hardware built into the game cartridge that is required for that particular game.
