I was thinking about all this with Super Mario 64 on the DS, you can't emulate the 64 on a DS, but you can rewrite the whole game to fit (like with SM64DS). Then wouldn't it be nice with Ocarina of Time on the DS? Would anyone buy it if Nintendo did? Share your thoughts with me.
Well, i'd buy it, that's for sure. It's just a shame Nintendo won't do it since it was available for Gamecube..... But one can always dream....
they can't do it, OoT was considerably more demanding of the N64 hardware than Super Mario 64, and it pushed the limits of economical ROM storage capacity. Super Mario was a mere 8MB, while OoT is a massive 32MB.
Oh that's true.. 32 MB must of been a lot back then. And yes, the water temple really did piss me off.
Truth be told i like The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask... and the water temple is quite alright the one thing that piss me off in this game is i can NEVER outran that guy forgot what his name was
Yess..that +1 second will haunt us all for eternity..... I loved Majoras Mask, "so....so wonderful" (to qoute Cinderella)
I don't know about that, for me it was Ganon, he was awesome, truly awesome. But Shadow Link sure made me jump when I finally spotted him when I was little and playing for the first time
What really really really make me sad is the ending i never understand what the ending is about... kind of crap really. And they never said what happen to navi. Edit: when browsing throught gamefaq.com i found that someone is playing this game on psp not sure is it true...
It's a standard ending, good guy beats bad guy, good guy saves good girl (or is it the other way around?), good guy gets sent back in time, good girl cries for not getting any. Bad guy cries too.... Simple [questionmarkofDOOM!]?[/questionmarkofDOOM!]
