If this is about the Christian 'god' then it doesn't exist but the closest thing I can think to it would be Adolf Hitler

If it's a god that's not necessarily tied to any current religions that fits in with science and doesn't sound like something a 13 year old would make up then it would just be a normal intelligent person with a wise head on their shoulders
