    Hello.
I have decided to use some of my money and Christmas money. I would like to find a graphics card for under 30 dollars that supports OpenGL 2.1 ( for Dolphin) and would run GC/Wii games. And do I need any adapter for peripherials such as a mouse or Keyboard on a motherboard ( build my computer from scratch).

    Thanks

    Here are the specs:
    1 GB ram
    Intel Pentium D 805 2.66 GHz
    Rock 775I65G - Motherboard - micro ATX - i865G - LGA775 Socket - UDMA100, SATA - Ethernet - video - 6-channel audio

    Would it run OpenGl 2.1?

you're not going to get an OGL2.1 graphics card for under $30. You'd be looking at $100-$250 for that.
