What flash cards work with new Dsi Xl

Can any one tell me if I go out and purchase a new DSI XL today will my r4 and acecard 2i work with it or is it too early to say. i have trawled the Internet to try and find a definitive answer but can't seem to find anything. I know you guys at romulation will not let me down. You haven't yet great site

 

Um, i dont think so, although the "I" cards may work

 

According to this topic the Acekard2i works.

 

the iEDGE card is working fine with my DSi XL

 

I think Ez Flash Vi with the 805 hardware will work too.

 

They'll update the firmwares with the software. The DSi XL is just a DSi with a bigger screen.

 

And meaby a better flashcard blocking firmwire on it...

Any flashcart that works on the DSi with 1.4x firmware will work on the DSi XL if it also has 1.4x or below.

 

Yea, but its obvious that they are going to release a new FW for the XL!

No they won't.

It comes out in less than a month and they have already made them, so why would they want to update ALL of those?

They may release a new firmware in a while, yes, but it's not going to magically appear on the DSi XLs before they are released in the US.

If it runs on the DSi with 1.4 firmware, then yes.

 

Whatever. The DSi XL really isent anything special. Just the DS lite in reverse. (DS lite,to DS phat. AGAIN.)

I have the DSi XL and the Acekard 2i works perfectly on it.
