What exactly is needed for GBA and DS roms on a DS console

Hi, I am looking into getting the R4 and I had a look at the tutorial for using that. Would the R4 be able to play GBA roms exactly the same way as DS roms or would a different card be needed, I read something about the other slot being used but I didn't understand properly. Do the micro SD and the usb come with the R4 or are they bought separately?

Unfortunatly you cant play GBA roms on the R4 or M3

You would need a slot 2 cartrage :/ it sucks but you can downlaod emulators to play roms of gameboy color games if that helps lol

 

Okay, thanks. What slot 2 cartridges can you get for that, do they also need a memory card or is it just one cart? Thanks.

Thanks for your help, I looked at that wiki and it looks like it'd be better to buy a separate GBA flash card for my gba like an x-rom or something... thank you =]
